Since 1974, Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis has been a leading medical center for Memphis and the Mid-South. Our 519-bed facility was the first full-service hospital in the rapidly growing East Memphis area. Over the years, “first” has become a much-used word in describing Saint Francis. We were the first to establish a Chest Pain Emergency Center that is dedicated solely to the quick intervention, diagnosis, and treatment of the heart and heart related problems.

Our 42 acre campus is home to the hospital, two medical office buildings (with a Walgreens Pharmacy and Subway Restaurant), the University of Tennessee/Saint Francis Family Practice Residency Building, and a convenient four story parking facility.
